People One Fifty® and The Creation Population® artists’ network were borne out of our three decades of industry experience and key learnings.

Our focus - to makes brands, agencies, and crucially our artists, even more successful. Achieving even greater production and procurement excellence. We knew it all had to be possible.

To enable this, one of our core critical success factors is ensuring the artists we collaborate with, get to focus their time on what they do so brilliantly - creating awesome creative content.

This is reflected in our ways of working with our artists and our overall motivational management approach and benefits structure:

• Keeping it simple. Anything outside of our artists’ core creative role, we’d like to lead on - from project scoping and set-up; costing and scheduling; through to client management and liaison. That includes business development support.

• Investing in you. We invest on-going to create additional artist network opportunities and benefits, from showcasing work opportunities; and, unlocking the potential to earn additional income, outside the delivery of base-level project work. Our commitment to this new way of working, is our Artist Relationship Management Programme (ARM), supporting our artists ‘Beyond The Project’.

• And, whilst we do all this. We lead with inclusivity and a commitment to create a supportive and equitable atmosphere for everyone. This means our artists and partner organisations can be confident we will share every potential opportunity to be involved, to contribute to and be successful - on both current and future projects. And crucially be remunerated fairly for it.

• Finally. There is no fee, or exclusivity required to join us.
