Our process begins with a thorough understanding of your unique creative content requirements, allowing us to identify the precise skill sets and expertise needed.

Procuring 100% of a project's services from one organisation is often an impossible ambition. Delivering a single creative project can often involve sourcing, procuring, onboarding, and managing multiple specialists from various sources.

We recognise that this then often results in major demands on your time and investment. From coordinating multiple touch points, to identifying and reconciling the associated interdependencies, to ensuring your procurement policy requirements are met - its easy for you to become spread very thinly, very quickly.

And, this is without adding in that tight project delivery schedules have become the norm, requiring greater, more frequent engagement with both your internal and external stakeholders. You then of course have to anticipate and manage any associated issues that might arise, with a need for you to also mitigate all potential risks. And, to also remember to breathe whilst doing it all.

Recognising it’s not just about quality output and outcomes, being easy-to-do-business and lightening your load, are equally important success factors for us.

With these numerous elements to juggle, often alongside unavoidable budget and resource constraints, things can then understandably get very stressful, and unintentionally be overlooked. As example, most in our industry will have experienced working with multiple expert partners for a period (for usually two year-ish), before moving all to a one-stop-shop for the next two… before the ‘repeat’ button is pressed, and it begins all over again.

The opportunity we have identified is to fulfil a new type of scalable ‘conductor’ role. To help push these boundaries and efficiencies, shaping a new way to achieve even greater production and procurement excellence. As the ‘glue’ and the ‘legs’ we bring brands, agencies and artists together: the right (and often specialist) resource mix; at the right time; and, at the right cost to all. With everyone reaping the benefits.
